I don’t get it, 52:00 so Las Vegas was technically not operable but was operable in the spirit of the idea? I really didn’t see it move either. I know joe ray still has that car to this day. Is the car not able to drive on the street? If so, I think Las Vegas deserved to lose no matter how creative a package it presented.

first of all I know you're referring 2 that old Vegas conversion van that they based on Las Vegas, you cannot disrespect the engineering and problem-solving that went into these original themed lowriders. Although I admit Loco is much more dignified and is my choice as well. Las Vegas was the first thing that came to my mind when I thought of championship Grandmaster lowrider.
