Yes, horses know they're being used when someone jumps on their back and they resent it. What choice do they have? If they're so bonded she wouldn't need a rope around the horses head.

Chemotherapy does not render you cancer-free, it's simply in remission. And if she and this horse were so bonded, she would not need any ropes around the horse's head or saddles.Horses totally resent someone jumping on their back.

Dont mean it doesent come back mostly after 10 year of the treatment it comes back due to all the chemo wich killed every bad cells and good cells we have in hour body's. In this case I see a true partnership, no steel bit shoved into her mouth, not confined to a riding arena, the horse looks to me like she is enjoying the beautiful environment, the interaction with her rider. Ideally All horses would be free to roam and have access to good nourishing food and water but the reality is for the majority of horses this is impossible. Horses need stimulation, they need lots of exercise, they need to be respected and loved. Because horses are here with us in domestic situations I approve of the way this horse is being cared for including the way she is being ridden, this amount of freedom and exercise would not be possible if kept in a average domestic situation, that is the reality of "owning " a horse. I don't approve of using horses for entertainment, racing,dressage, endurance racing, ploughing fields,show horses,carriage horses, stall kept horses, riding stables, pony trekking ,the kings guard horses or breeding horses, but they are ,and this person gets my approval.
