To be Frank..i was living in 40 years old house and it's almost getting worn out... May be the worth of our house will be 3 lacs... Only few lucky and blessed people will live here and they have enough money to enjoy their life .. I'm 40 and in my life i never seen atleast one lak in my account... My account i have 40 rs... All that earned went for my family hospital expenses and since 14 years i don't have proper job.. Anyways atleast if i die God may give good house in his place... But i feel atleast for my one and only daughter to build a good house like this.. But all dreams never come true... But from my bottom of my heart i am saying those who deserve this kind house.. My personal opinion- When you invest in an apartment like this more likely to be high 4 to 5 CR, it is NOT worth renting it. You can not break even between the rent and the return even in a conservative 7% return. Besides, after a rental moves out, it will cost you a fortune to refinish it to original glory. As a rule, investment 101 is that for rental should be a low cost flat with a good rental demand, where you get a good ROI.
