I'd put a dust-cap of some sort (may have to make it yourself?) on the propane tank that isn't being used, the keep the valve clean (where your screw on the green "collar" of the rubber hose). As for propane tanks, I have the U-Haul ones (also 20lbs) with have fuel-gauges on them, and get them refilled @ U-Haul, too -- they also only charge for how much your tank needs to be filled (the main facilities that usually have propane -- other U-Haul places don't). Hey man I’m back posting a comment again lol! Thanks so much for this video on propane tanks and how long they last. I just purchased and will be installing a tankless hot water heater and grill which both will be running off a 20lb tank...so now I have an idea of how long the tank will last. PS new sub here! 👍

We were always curious how much it would cost to fill the propane tanks vs changing it out with an already filled one. You mentioned to ask if we had any questions. Behind The propane tanks what is the PVC mounted to your scamp? Curious to know what you store in there.

Can you show us your trailer hitch and wiring of your unit. Do you have or need a trailer sway bar unit installed ?

How do you know if the store fills/charges from the tanks current fill level? Is there a key word or phrase for this? Or do you just have to ask them all?

We only have a few store in our area so we just asked.
