That is a Harley Davidson Ultimate Tour Pack, I modded a couple brackets to fit it to my savage.

billmcgraw1959 nice, thanks for the answer. I have a 2002 savage, i bought it from someone who dropped it a few times, ive never dropped it, but i actually took it apart and fixed all the issues, the other guy didnt really do any maintenance on it himself, so he always got ripped off. hopefully mine will look like yours at some point, i still have a lot of work to do.
