No, you run the primary o2 sensors with no issue and delete the secondaries and remove them from the computer with hptuners.

Yes you definitely have to. HPTuners is the way to go

Man I dreading this I have to do that same stuff to mines I bought headers shorty's doe I have about 4 broken bolt 2 and each heads got to buy a welder

You can do it brother! Go grab that little HF welder for 100 bucks, it’s a lot easier than you think it is.

What brand are those headlights and grill?

Headlights came from Amazon if I remember correctly, I think around $550. The grill was a dealer installed option when it was new.

How much faster is it? Maybe little over 500hp now

It’s faster up top for sure. For a while I had the limiter set at 7k but I’ve since dropped it down to 6500 but either way you can absolutely notice the difference. Haven’t had it timed though so hard to give a solid answer but maybe a little under 500 if I were guessing
