Tip...use rock climbing rope inside the pull start....rated at 1,100 lbs...stock rope is 100lbs...i bought some for my 800 triple works great

I'm about to buy a 05 iqr440 that has a 800 swap already. He's got new pistons and jugs, (whatever that is) does the water pump or transmission need to be change also? He didn't, just the motor as far I know

I never understand.. Why not dump a little premix down the plug holes to help prime the system quicker and is beneficial to the engine to receive it's initial first start up with a for sure mix at 32:1 or 40:1..but you keep pulling so when you are 65 that are hurts...
