LSS Hopeness Lab Update: Retrograder & Nomad Recommended Skills!

Earlier this month we saw 4 new SX heroes join the Hopeness Lab available for hero reconstruction once you have them maxed. They are: Retrograder, Nomad, Shadow, Patriot, Cincinnatus and Juggernaut. Here are my recommended reconstructions for November's hero update! (I skip Juggernaut because he's not really worth reconstructing but also because I forgot :P)
