Should buy a Samsung s23 phone, has a better camera and zoom quality. It's overall a better phone, if you google which phone is better on google. Work cardio a lot. biking and running is a must....nationals are hard...u are racing the best in the world... u dont need to win them all.u need to be in them all...some better some worst...that is ok..u ride so good never forguet that...ride for fun and forguet the results..i see lot of people cheering u up just seeing u at races. We dont care that much for results...ok is good to have goals but dont make rule out of it...because that may mess your psicology status...if your mental is healthy with a healthy body results will come... thanks....
