Who will be faster? A former world champion professional motocross racer riding an 85cc 2 Stroke kids bike, or an amateur weekend warrior dirt bike enthusiast riding a full size, super powerful 450cc 4 Stroke race machine? It's time to find out! We are aiming to prove that it's not about the bike, it's about the rider. But can our pro get the job done? It'll be a tough task for sure.....Get ready for what we think is the best moto video we've ever made!

The closest thing you can get to a huge suspension mountain bike , light but with all that awesomeness of an obnoxiously loud 2 Stroke echoing through the mountains. Great fun . Just don't ask about the ludicrously steep mountain climbs , the attacking challenge is fun but compared to a four stroke -we'll leave that one alone 😁 I do believe that riding these makes you a better attacking 4 stroke rider .🇦🇺

In my 30s I put an old 70s IT 250 engine in a later model RM 125 barley fitted used a DT175 expansion chamber and had to cut the frame and make a box section to get the exhaust through as they came through the centre on old bikes had the twin spring rear end. Absolutely loved this thing after dialing in the suspension and a few tweaks for power. Hill climbs were an obvious downfall , but tight cornering , rocky trails and nimble handling was a blast . There's something about ringing the neck out of a noisy 2 Stroke to keep up with the big boys that makes it fun . Unless your racing that's what it's all about 😁 diiiing , ding ding ding ding 🇦🇺

Small displacement, bikes, are a gas. I turned a Yamaha HS1B, which is a 90cc twin cylinder 2 stroke into a cafe racer. Shaved the heads, cut the pistons, ported. Built rear sets out of 1/2 inch water pipe with shift linkage and cable operated rear brake. Dropped Clip on bars. It would pull to almost 12,000 rpm before it would go flat. That thing was so much fun. It would throw a ring about once a month. The big bikes would eat me alive down the straight and I would blast by in the Twisties. Loved that little thing. 😂

I’ve had a similar experience with my brother in law. He brought two bike from Colorado to my other brother in laws farm in Kansas. He rode a XT400 and I rode his wife’s Honda 100 whatever it was. Both four strokes. He was aways boasting about his skills as rider. So…..I challenged him to race around the farm pond, which all the way around was close a mile circuit. By turn one I was beside him hammer down. By turn two I was gone. He was astonished.

I can only thank you for this video, I have always ridden speed bikes and I wanted to start with motocross, I am a light and very short rider and the height of a dirt bike for adults without having experience could be a problem to start with, coincidentally I I came across your video and... now I have a 2020 Husqvarna TC 85 and in a few weeks my first visit to the circuit. Thank you

That was cool! Love the sound of a 2-stroke at full song. But I'm about as interested in the specs on the drone used. The drone footage was the best part.

It´s nice to see someone riding a 2stroke in the right technique in 2t line. a lot of guys and girls gets tutored the 4 stroke line and it doesn't work on a 2 stroke bike. high revs, outer line in bends and have a lot of corner speed out on the straight's. Move almost up on the tank in corners and slid back true the bend and sitt on the rear fender on the straights.. :) LOVE IT

I started out on a fourstroke quad when I was 13. But I always loved the sound and smell of a twostroke. Years later I got a 98 YZ250 when I was 21. That bike plus a bunch of Kawie stand up Jet Skis set in motion this passion I've had ever since. There's nothing like the sound or smell of a 2 smoke that doesn't give me chills and an instant hit of nostalgia. I'll ride a smoke till I choke!

That was friggin Awesome! Well done to both riders, you guys ripped it out there! Love hearing that 2 stroke sing. Reminds me when i got beat by some young kid on an 85 and i was riding a kx(real kx) 250. No offense to the non smokers but i love 2 strokes. Great job again guys!

I remember watchingAndré Dearden in South Africa who was so fast he would do all sorts of things to handicap himself and still win. He would often give the whole field a lap head start or race an 80 in the 125 class or 125 in the 250 class. And still win comfortably.

Back in Jr High school, my buddy got a brand New 1993' KX80! That Thing was an official ripper! I had a Yamaha Blaster, a Honda Trail 70, and a 5hp gocart.. Nothing could prepare me for the Powerband of that KX! I whiskey throttled it on more than one occasion! 😂 Since then I've had many 125's, a couple 250's and even a 95' CR500! NOTHING I have had or even ridden had a Powerband like that little KX80! THEY were fast back then, I can't imagine how much fun they are to ride Now?! 😂
