Is it okay to say that LSU should tamper? Meaning find the player you want and make him a lucrative offer even if he is otherwise very happy at his current school with no particular inclination or plans to leave. So as to get a top S, or a top DE, or a legit WR1. Not your entire portal class that way, just for a select couple of guys. Otherwise it's too expensive and too illegal.
