NOT a fan of either team -- but thoroughly enjoyed the highlights as a neutral fan ... a massive offensive track meet (defense not so much) with ONE great defensive hit in the first half to cause the LSU QB to fumble. All defensive players literally DREAM for such an opportunity to arise where they can literally BLAST the QB into oblivion legally in the open field ... and (for him and his teammates) the "cherry on top of the sundae" was that Ole Miss recovered the QB fumble that his hit caused. As for Kelly ... NOT a fan of his either. Sleazy yes -- BUT in fairness, LOTS of other coaches do the same thing. That does NOT make what BK did "right;" but it is to say that BK can't be SINGLED out. The real "low" aspect of BK's behavior is that every dog is entitled to "one bite" ... but he did it AGAIN; I would have thought he would have learned the lesson after Cincinnati how terrible and dishonest it made him look, but I guess not (or he simply didn't care) because he did it all over again when he dumped ND for L$$$U.

There was a lot of great games today, but this one happened to be my favorite one because Ole Miss is always the underdogs when it comes to LSU no matter what the rank is or what their record is. I’m 59 years old, and have been a Crimson Tide fan since the early 1970s. The Ole Miss-LSU game yesterday had to have been one of the most exciting games I have ever seen. That game is what college football is all about--a nail biter. Again, I’m an Alabama fan born and raised in Montgomery. The Auburn Tigers are my 2nd. But I have to salute both Ole Miss AND LSU for that matchup yesterday. I am proud Alabama is in the same division of the SEC with those guys from both teams.
