I do think it's a simple format, but it *feels* like *classic* Magic and I really enjoy that. The creature types all remind me of Magic's roots. I don't want a ton of these drafts, but I enjoy them more than I expected because it feels cozy and nostalgic.

Very true concerning the nostalgic creature types. Zombies, Goblins, Elves, Dragons, Angels, Vampires, Skeletons.

Ive actually been enjoying Foundations more than I did Bloomborrow and Junction...I wouldn't mind seeing more of it and maybe it'll grow on you if you have time with all the bebes

It's not a problem with the way Fiery Annihilation is designed; it's a problem with how that design is implemented on Arena. Arena could have you choose target creature first, and then prompt you to choose up to one target Equipment attached to that creature if and only if any such Equipment exists. From a Magic rules standpoint, that would be perfectly fine -- it's probably what whoever designed Fiery Annihilation assumed they would do. The Arena team just missed the memo, apparently.

Isn't Authority decent in the bw lifegain deck? Looks pretty bad otherwise, but getting some abilities to ping off the lifegain is good, right?

I guess it's ok there if you play it early, but it's still a horrible topdeck in the mid or late game.

I think it’s a medium card in lifegain, maybe a C-. It will get you a ton of triggers, but only if you draw it early.

Don't sleep on Consul of the Ancients. It was amazing in my r/w aggro deck with a bunch of life gain triggers and angels etc. once you're ahead, they can't catch up

Not throwing away the 3/4 means you can abrade the pump enchantment and possibly win since you have more time to draw with the raider etc

I really need the Arena cheat code for decent draws. How are you supposed to win when your 16 card RW deck draws 10 lands while your opponent curves out perfectly and stops at 5 lands? Next game I lose with 9 lands to 5. I hate this stupid game. Where is any skill in this? Every die roll and draw has more impact than every single draft and gameplay decision
