it's a 97. Only year the LT1 had the newer style dash. I Have a 96 SS with a cc503 cam and also had Solomon do the original tune. I have sinced tweaked and modified it pretty heavily as I learn more about it. The Jet DST software is garbage, hasn't been updated for 20 years

When you turn on the AC doesn't that automatically turn on the 2nd Fan?

That’s true and probably why temp did not go crazy high and started coming down. Owner has a hunch the heater core is clogged but I think maybe more than that is clogged. I wonder it the Steam line is clogged

Seems like the aftermarket throttle bodies are always trouble . Is there one you recommend?

Actually....I can only recommend the TPIS but that is quite pricey. I try to encourage all to stay with the stock TB. :)

Should have both fans come on hi mode at the same time.

Yes. With the AC on the 2nd fan would come on.
