Best advice I can give you is to go and play one if you haven’t already. You may love it, you may hate it. It’s a very LARGE guitar, and there’s a few other things you may love or may hate. Best thing to do, is go play one 🤘🎸

It really is an amazing guitar… At the time I bought it, I caught it on sale for $999…. It’s a spectacular guitar and the HetSet is simply AMAZING!!! Unfortunately it’s gone up in price the past few years but still a great value for what you pay…

@@CWtactical I hear you bro, that guitar was gifted to me and even then, it was $400 cheaper. Also, it’s the most expensive guitar I own. I’m typically a fan of cheap guitars (usually sub $500)… 👍 FWIW, check out Harley Benton guitars if you haven’t already… I have a review of one on my channel. Literally the best guitar I think you can get for under $200… I added a set of power rails to it, with a total investment of around $270 and the guitar absolutely screams!

Super fast necks… I have a Kelly JS-32, another great sub $500 guitar with really good stock p/u’s … It’s a shame the price went up to $369.99 on those… 😞… I paid 269.99 like 3 years ago for one… Check out Schecter too, killer shredders 👍 Maybe one of these days I’ll do a live stream to talk cheap guitars haha I can go on for days

I know some people don't like the cut out on the Explorer Shape... Harley Benton came out with an Explorer with a cut out and there were some complaints on that too... Personally, I like both... I Grew up with an 80's Aria Pro Explorer, so I have an affinity for those too...

I've had a few 'explorer' shaped guitars over the years, Ibanez Destroyer, Dean Z and a real 85 gibson that I sold to get the rest of the downpayment for my first house. I've never seen another the same colour (gun metal grey) since to replace it. This last year I bought one of these signature JH LTD's in black to try and fill the hole the Gibson left and these are very nice guitars no question.. I enjoy it and can't say one is better than the other, its just not my Gibson.
