I think the lyrics "会更加坦荡吗" is Tianyi's question asking about herself, instead of asking about the universe. "坦荡" here may stand for broad minded, to be open and clear. It describes the optimistic and positive attitude towards the life.

This song moved my heart for the most even if it is talking about planets. I mean by the song talking about Jupiter, it is actually somehow related to human life. I'm not so good at Chinese though... (Because I born in Indonesia) And this song somehow made me cried for some reason... I dunno why..

Jupiter as the biggest planet amongst the 9 planets in our universe, doesn't mean Jupiter is the great one. Humans, as for the one who already successfully struggle through his life. Still has a long way to go, wether it is struggle between people or the world. It is still hard. As for "Universe" mentioned in lyrics(ref) for me, it's pointing for someone greater, caring for us. Wether we're happy or cry. The ref got me so hard that my heart hurts everytime I heard it. Well that's just my opinion with my utmost feeling tho.. It's hard to describe it.

Translating Chinese into "romaji" isn't really something you can do. I mean there are people who do try, but since Chinese is a tonal language there isn't a good way to indicate pronunciation and since a shift in tone can completely change a words meaning. Its best to just leave it be.
