What is the secret in NOT tangling the thread around the bobbin on start Up??? My LU-2810 tangles every time unless I hold very hard on the threads....very frustrating!!

did you get this fixed? I was looking at one of these machines as well. I would think it is fixable?

@@jimbobxcityguy5338 Still holding threads. but sometimes with a strong flat magnet holding them down after pulling out their slack.

@@ndav8r thanks.. also other then that how has the machine done? Once you get sewing with it etc. Any comments I could use or not? Pro's cons? I run a Juki 1510N-7 now for 14yrs and want to get into a new machine. Probably go with the 2810 7 which is still close to your machine.

@@jimbobxcityguy5338Of all the walking foot sewing machines I owned, the LU2810 has the best features like the Largest bobbin size, very high feet clearance, deep throat, servo motor, and eazy foot adjustments. Those out way the only CON of holding the threads on start up.
