I watched this video about a year ago, and it ended up being the basis for my Luang Prabang stay in Laos. The last city I visited. Everything was so supurb! I loved the Phounsab Guest House, Saffron coffee, and all! I also discovered a sweet little cafe across the street where the staff was as memorable as the food. I'm going back next year, and thank you Mark for such wonderful suggestions! I even unwittingly had congee at the same sidewalk stand, and I couldn't get enough! Ahan saeb rai!

Love all you ppl!!!! Envy your lives. Really love seeing your little man grow. I have a great grandson just a bit older so it's sorta seeing him in another world. Wish I could afford to open up the world like this for him. Thank you for what you do. My world is bigger because of you!!!! Plus my food interests have greatly expanded. I now eat outside my American box. Lol. Thank you very much!!!

I love to see your filming skills improving Mark, like at 9:01 where you crossed the street with Ying was very smart and cool looking. I can see the effort you're putting into these little details, and it really shows how passionate and dedicated you are not only to this channel, but the food, culture, the people and the artitechture of whatever country you visit. Huge fan, loving all your content, and I really like you as a person. I hope you visit Hungary one day and try all the authentic food, would really love to see that in a video :) Peace & love man.

Beans And Greens China does it also in Indonesia. They send thousands/million unemployment to Indonesia, they give debt with high interest for infrastructure but they have requirement that companies in Indonesia should use chinese people for tge projects. It is sucks.

Mark, the production values on your videos are top notch. Some videos have audio quality so poor that you can't understand what is being said. Yours are always "on mike" and have superior editing. I would appreciate some information in the comments section on the equipment you use and also how to avoid sounding like you are broadcasting from the bottom of a rain barrel. I have never seen a single one of your vids with less than stellar production values. I was in radio broadcasting for forty years and I do tend to notice bad sound quality as well as GOOD quality sound..A run-down of the equipment you use and tips on avoiding the lousy mike quality in so many KZbin videos, would be greately appreciated,You do a magnificent job and obviously care about the finished product. Thanks so much and looking forward to more great productions,
