If the chicken owner and those who prepare the spiritual water don't drink it too, then they should be charge for poisoning the whole family. I understand the majority of the people are very bad, but to bring justice it really needs to be fair. As for the borrowing of money and items, I feel that whoever you borrow money too, you need to go after that person or the people that received the money, not just any family member who don't even receive the money or benefits from it. As for the part where the farmer's wife lock in a room in the house, and the spirit keep asking for help. I think if such things really exist. The two person who happen to stumble into this farmer should report the case to the authorities to bring closer to the case. If the spirit truly come for help, make the connection and free the soul.

After they found out, he wouldn't let them move away, he was trying to keep them closer to keep an eye on them, to make sure they kept his secret. I understand everyone's concern about reporting it, but that's assuming she still has family or anyone even looked for her early on, or if she was even reported missing. If someone was looking for her, the cops would have easily found her...it's only obvious if they searched his house especially since he and his gf at the time lived there with her corpse. Based on the events in the story, sounds like no one from her side ever bothered to look for her if she had anyone at all. She disappeared for over 20 years, corpse locked up in plain site; no attempt to even discard the corpse...she probably had no one else but her husband. So even if it was reported now, PD wouldn't waste their time; 1) it's hearsay only cuz it's on a KZbin story channel, 2) it's too long ago, if she was never reported missing then she probably didn't exist, 3) the evidence was already tampered when they collected her corpse and buried it, 4) the house already burned and gone, and 5) the husband is already dead and his second wife is probably dead by now too cuz the father in the story is already a grandfather of 16 grandkids. When all of this happened, his son was still only in highschool. So everything is moot now.
