@koben4.0 personally I've lived in both the US and Asia. I've seen firsthand how gender stereotypes affect people negatively, especially about how women's bodies are "supposed" to look. Yeah maybe such strict societal standards are "normal", but that doesn't make them acceptable or healthy

Yes Women are definitely allowed to be strong and build muscles. And ofc that military officer could do a standard push up cause that's how you shd be doing it with proper form. Regular training makes progression. Women who can do push up doesn't mean they're men, also vice versa... Men who cannot do pushup doesn't mean they're not men. They just don't practice enough. Ofc Anyone and everyone, able-bodied are allowed to be strong. I workout a lot and likes weight lifting and doing push ups now isn't difficult for me anymore. 💪🏼

Me too. Almost everyday i had yo bring 3 to 4 accounting books which are thicc af plus notebooks, pen case, my lunch, water bottle, 20,000 power bank, and some toiletries 😂. All of those carried on my back. Sometimes i just hand carry a book and the 1 liter water bottle just to lessen the weight.
