Yes Women are definitely allowed to be strong and build muscles. And ofc that military officer could do a standard push up cause that's how you shd be doing it with proper form. Regular training makes progression. Women who can do push up doesn't mean they're men, also vice versa... Men who cannot do pushup doesn't mean they're not men. They just don't practice enough. Ofc Anyone and everyone, able-bodied are allowed to be strong. I workout a lot and likes weight lifting and doing push ups now isn't difficult for me anymore. 💪🏼

Me too. Almost everyday i had yo bring 3 to 4 accounting books which are thicc af plus notebooks, pen case, my lunch, water bottle, 20,000 power bank, and some toiletries 😂. All of those carried on my back. Sometimes i just hand carry a book and the 1 liter water bottle just to lessen the weight.

No you do not put heavier items at the bottom. It will make your pack hang off your shoulders and strain the lower back at the same time. Put heavier stuff the middle or upper part of the ruck and make sure all the straps are tightened down so the items dont slump and are resting on your back instead of hanging off of it.
