Glad you were happy with the health screenings. I've been having my annual health screening at Prince Court every year for the past few years. It's simply amazing how thorough and efficient the process is. And how reasonably priced it is. I will never have a physical in the US ever again. Physicals there pale in comparison to what you get at Prince Court, or elsewhere in Malaysia. And nice to hear about your excellent surgery experience in Malaysia as well. The healthcare system in the US, the one they tell us is the best in the world, is actually subpar compared to that in Malaysia. For that reason, Malaysia (and Kuala Lumpur in particular) is now my primary healthcare location outside the US. Thanks for sharing your experiences!

We definitely agree. I don’t think we’ll ever get check ups in the US again. Malaysia was 1000% better.

Malaysia is absolutely wonderful. I spent a month there and I cannot wait to go back. I never thought about doing a medical but I will consider this next time. All the best you are an inspiration

Yes, after Kuala Lumpur, we also went to Penang and really liked it there. I guess we consistently like islands the best.

Great video with so much useful information! We’ve considered going to Malaysia for healthcare and your video is super helpful. We just released a video on our channel comparing healthcare in the US vs Germany. It’s really crazy how expensive healthcare cost in the US. 😮

I know! We never plan to get healthcare in the US again if we can avoid it. We'll check out your Germany video, cause we're always interested to know what it's like in other countries.

really good info. I've always enjoyed my time in Malaysia but never thought getting medical procedures done there, but will keep it in mind from now on.

I am malaysian, all Malaysian citizen just pay rm1 or 25cent usd for treatment at goverment hospital or clinic including the medicine.. i pay none for my diabetes medicine, high blood pressure and colestrol med.. including medical checkup every 3 or 6 months because i am a goverment employee.. sometimes we take it for granted by not going to the checkup ( i dont want to be nag by the doc to take care of my health) and the nurse will call us to come.. 😂😂 that make me feels loved.. i usually go to public clinic or hospital for outpatient treatment.. i onlu go to private clinic if i really need the medical certificate as it is easier to get in private.. sometimes we need rest to recharge ourself from workload

Japan has a similar health screening day contained within one medical center. The prices might be different but I don’t remember paying anything of consequence as a resident.

This video is kind of bittersweet. I’m so happy that y’all found affordable care. It’s so sad you can’t get it in your own country.

Interesting! I didn't know Japan had health screening too. Thanks for sharing!
