This reminds me of a simpler form of those French doll knitting cords I used to do as a child. Fun and simple thank you

I use my fingers. I learned this at girl scout camp when I was a kid. You can use 1, 2, 3, or 4 fingers to get different looks. I like the two fingers because it is a braid look. I love that flower that you did. I am going to try that. Thank you so much for sharing this. I think I will try it using a different method like you showed. ✌🏻💐🐾🧵🇺🇸

This is a very cool tool! It very much reminds me of a corking tool, but with only 2 prongs. The way it's used seems somewhat simpler, however. I think that I'd now like to pick one up 😊

I love this! I wish I had seen this tool before I bought a fairly expensive plastic I-cord maker. And using things around the house with two prongs will make it so easy to make them as tight, loose, big, or small as I need. Thanks!

How fun is that!!! Cool!!!!! Do you have a tutorial on crocheting a Vintage Candy Cane Holder where you finish by weaving the candy cane in and out through the holes? I saw your crochet tutorial of the curling candy cane. Looking for the weaving one. You have the best tutorials.

I remember those! I made one back in the early 80s with thread crochet. My mom probably still has it somewhere for her tree (I used a plastic candy cane ornament instead of the real sugar type). I'll see what I can come up with for Christmas.

I just made 2, different sizes, but my candy canes from Amazon look smaller and mostly all broken. I’d love to see how you make them!!! I want to make a bunch for the senior citizens.
