My advice is to just go companies that don’t know much about video work ..still get paid $5k+ and they don’t care about other work as long as you just know what you’re doing. I just show them my camera and they’ve like geesh!! 😂

@@directorjayalex I live in NY nd use sharegrid on the weekends rentals count as 1 day so Friday Saturday Sunday will be 1 day and I would have a camera all weekend and use it for other clients make that money right back

Sorry for the intrusive question, but have you regretted transitioning from photography to video? I’m a beginner and I’m really doubtful on which industry to focus on and which one is going to remain in demand in the next few years. Hey man, this is a great question. The short answer is no, but if it's ok with you I'm going to do a longer answer in my monthly newsletter because this isn't the first time I've been asked. The simple answer is that I enjoy the act of shooting photos more, but I prefer the end results from video more - i.e. I lose interest in my own photos pretty fast after I've taken them. And when it comes to making a living, video is miles easier. Check out the newsletter if you want a longer answer though, and thanks for the great question.
