Let's think for a moment: You're a fan of KMFDM or just a random dude that came here, and you don't like the song, it could just happens that something just doesn't resonate with you. Until here all good. But then, you decide to post a comment saying something like "this sucks" or "I don't like this". I have a question for this type of people. Are you okay? Need something? Maybe a hug? Imagine for a moment, that you're a musician that's starting a solo career, and with your new single you start to see people hating your music for no reason, just because they feel fine being assholes. It should feel terrible. Don't be like this people. If you don't like something, just keep it up with your life, no one cares if you don't like something, and you can potentially hurt someone for saying it, so...why? By the way, I loved the song, congrats Lucia! :)

To play devil's advocate, this is their job. If unhappy, the customer has the right to complain about the products/services they're receiving. It happens in everyone's field of employment. In fact, I don't know of any job where all of the feedback is positive. Entertainment careers (i.e. music) are especially scrutinized, because "taste" is subjective.

You're right. I haven't bought this album on a digital platform yet. I also have not left a comment disparaging the song either. Further, I'm not trying to make claim to Lucia's employment title. That's hers to claim. In this specific context, Lucia is a solo artist who is offering a product (her music) at some form of a cost. To circle back to my original comment, one cannot dispute that paying customers have the right to complain about a product they have purchased. Even if that complaint is via the comments sections of a streaming service, where the play is free but the ads generate revenue (so, technically, still a paying customer). That's really what my initial comment was about. I can't believe that the guy that manages the official kmfdm page bothered to specifically reply to my post to argue semantics about what a paying customer is...
