Chloe became so patient because of Lucifer. He was like a child when it came to emotions and she had to learn to really read between the lines. She may have been the reason Lucifer changed into a better man, but Lucifer is the reason Chloe became such a strong and confidant woman. But as you pointed out, us Welsh are still British. And as you even more accurately pointed out, we are the original people of the UK and a different ethnic group to the English, Scottish, Cornish and Ulster-Scots, although the lines between defined "ethnic groups" in this country are very blurred these days due to the mass migration that took place around Britain from the Industrial Revolution to today, and of course, immigration into this country (I myself have a black Ghanaian father (who's also very partly Dutch) and a white mum who's Anglo-Welsh, English and Irish).
