@@jacksons87 Usually takes people quite a long time to actually need slicks. Plus the R888R tires that are on it now are pretty much DOT track tires already. I ran DOT race tires on my race bikes for a while until heading over to slicks and was still faster than a lot of people who spent the money for slicks.

Gavin. Once you cook those r888r's switch to Falken azenis rt660's or Yokohama ao52's. Both of those tires are massively better than the r888r's. And you can get them up to about 180°f Before they start greasing over

I'm a local to the dragon blount county TN and been up and down that mtn hundreds of times huntin and I've seen alot of wreaks there over the years its crazy and state troopers are usually there way more often then blount county.
