2nd time huh!? Actually 3rd as I once fished this fish out of local coast of Malacca Strait somewhere back in 1987! I remembered it correctly n vividly as its so ugly n weird, in fact the weirdest I or we ever caught. We were shock n don't knw what to do, I even just cut the line instead of properly unhook, letting it slide back into the water! Yes, its exactly the same weird ugly looking fish shown here except much smaller.
