Aloha from Hawaii 🏝️ One of my favorite mellow rock songs, it's a classic. I'm a rocker & like playing electric guitar but I wanted a decent inexpensive electric - acoustic so my girlfriend bought me a nice Ibanez Talman vintage sunburst for my birthday recently. I play mostly rhythm & looking forward to playing this. I currently use a Peavey Vyrpyr VIP 2 40 Watt amp with built-in effects & it even has a acoustic channel. 😎🤙🎸

I remember this when I was really young and remember thinking it was so cool and it still fits that criteria thanks JJ Godbless ps : to me right at the end their it sounded like you can bust right into that tangerine solo BBC style elp meets Zepp anyways ............

Hello PT!! I just now found out about the transition. I am one of those "sit around and talk guitar" guys youve mentioned. Ive allways enjoyed your videos and agree with you...play it the way you want. Ive jammed along with you (your videos) for a long time and am glad to know you havent left the band. Keep on playing. And damn the critics.

I swear I thought The Beatles had a song with that melody line singing "What a lucky man, he was". I wrote a song that I realized later was a combo of the melodies of Norwegian Wood, and this song. I laughed to myself because I thought I inadvertently used two Beatles melodies.....I was wrong LOL

Always loved this song but thought the electric organ solo at the end never fit into such a nice acoustic piece.

I think I agree. The synth works much better on From the Beginning.

I disagree a little. It heard off, but is distinctive. And without that Palmer's drums, this songs never sounded as good live

Well, first of all, don’t give me orders. I don’t work for you. Second, I did give the lesson without the track in the back. Third, you’re a genius.
