I have to agree with Tallis on this one. Whitehead simply went to grab Smith by the shoulders, he clearly bust out of that attempt which cause Whitehead to slide own his back, lets not forget that Brandon was moving forward in motion at the time. Completely accidental and not a deliberate hip drop. Anasta needs to think things through before he tries to instigate his RIGHTFULLNESS. Read is correct in calling him out with Anasta's statement about Whitehead being a serial villain with the Hip Drop reminding him that Lindsay Collins had just as many charges as Whitehead prior to this game. They are all so Righteous until they get called out and Buzz........well his still a Tool regardless.

The whole club from the top down is off ..the type of culture where they hire and celebrate a guy who Rxpxd and beat his wife recently..the NRL has been corrupted obviously with the rules it allows to be broken just for this team..is there an independent body that could investigate the corruption within the NRL..ie Sualili allowed to play at 17 this rule only overturned for Roosters..always they approve late season signings under market value to added to their already stacked side it's happened again this year ..for them to be not cheating they say all these star players want to play for peanuts just to play for us ..why they're not the most successful team why because cheap property and employment for friends and family and nice media gigs post retirement Everyone knows they're cheats but the NRL executives must be on the take

people saying smith shouldn't have been left on the field. and it's 50/50 you take him off you lose a player from the bench, so losing him from foul play was a blessing. whitehead wasn't a hip drop and should've been penalty to the raiders if the referees and nrl follow and implement the rules. Nothing wrong with what robbo said at all. smith stayed down to avoid getting taken over the sideline, ref called surrender, no raider player touched him to get the penalty for an involuntary tackle which is was and is a penalty but smith decided to get up and run. none of it happens if the ref done his job.

I can't stand the Roosters but I feel for them losing a few key players in the same match so close to finals. As a Raiders fan, Robbo has the right to be angry, but maybe he should've been quite, but he didn't, Ricky has blasted players worse, no one seems to remember that. But, I never like to see players injured, they're all blokes living their lives and good on all the players in the NRL. But I find it ironing that we might have stuffed their GF hopes, after the BS that lost us the 2019 GF. We're still hunting for our GF 30 years later and as Ricky said we can't buy in marquee players, so we only have one option, that is to train them up, and I bet the roosters will steal many off us, but that is just footy.

He never dropped onto his legs with his body weight intentionally. he fell above his shoulders were brandon smith half breaks the tackle and unfortunately lands on his legs Put one on the opposition coaches chin is wild ! Im sure that will go down well. Reporters tell the fans that we need to rub that out of the game and how silly it is.
