The grounds are so amazing and the water fountain is so grand and the view well forget about it.. attention to detail is obvious even in a video so I can only imagine to see it in person. Finally but not least but for obvious reasons because I could just go on and on..the name is perfect. While Stallion. Strong. Thank you so much for sharing. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Roy Sklaren designed this home, for a specific couple, who wanted to remain unknown, It was built in 2006. They lived in it for more than five years then moved (due to their work (which takes them out of the country)) Since moving, the estate was lived in by the caretaker until the new owners moved in (approx. 1 month later) The new owners did not change anything. Everything stayed just as you see it. It is rare that new owners of large estates change things, which includes furniture. The new owners were going sell after approx. eight years, but decided to cancel their work schedule and they did not sell the property. They did, however, make some minor interior decor changes but it still remains close to what it was originally. The new family still owns the property and intend to keep it. They own several other homes, here and abroad and prefer to remain anonymous. The property is not for sale, however, they have received so many requests to keep it on line because of the enormous amount of interest. What you are seeing is the original taping when the home was first completed. It seems to be everyones favorite. What makes this home so unique is the property; built on a 200 acre promentory that has 10 parcels (20 acres per parcel) there are streams and varieties of trees. Because the property is high, it overlooks the mountains and the valleys. Due to property price fluctuation, the value has continued to swing in both directions. It is now valued at more than it was originally built for. Congratulations to the owners who choose to keep this property as their primary residence. (By the way, it is also my favorite above all others.)

This is a Beautiful, stylish, decorative, elegant, estate,an what it doesn't have you can always put it in there,they have expensive decorative companies to do that for you the way you want, or like. So the interior decorations is not a problem! For the rich at all. LoL.

This house is now 11 years old and the sad thing is to this day (2020), it's still sitting for sale at just under 15 million now. It's a very nice house inside and out but one of the problems developers create for themselves when building homes like this one is, they're too specific on the interior design when it comes to architectural details. It doesn't mean that someone wouldn't like the designs but the problem is is when you're too specific with it, basically writing your signature on the wall that can't be removed, people tend to frown on those type of things because they can't create their own style. Especially when it comes to buying furniture and their own decor. They have to go out and buy a very specific Style so it goes with what's in the home instead of working with a blank slate.

Beautiful presentation by the estate agents here . A magnificent palatial house. I wonder if the people that live in these sorts of houses are happy ? They are just so big , do families ever get together in just one room and watch a little television together or even gather together for some good conversation . Mum Dad and the kids you know . I don't know , but these sort of houses just don't seem practical to me. They don't seem to promote family closeness. I hope I am wrong about that . However to be honest they appear to be more like statements, of one's arrival in life, than family homes . One thing is for certain they are beautiful houses to look at . Thank you for this video .

This is a poor explanation for a French chateau - its all American trying to be classic French and misses the mark completely - no Frenchman would accept this grotesque structure for a real French chateau - its screams MacMansion cookie cutter style and classic European traces slapped all over it to sell it as authentic French- - You must go to France to buy a real chateau- cheaper and a better deal- Marcus in Australia

Durkheim, there is a quote in the bible that says it is easier to get a camel through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into heaven. The person is making a fine enough point for his or her belief.

+Thaddeus Cornell i think that's unfair to those people who work hard to be successful in life. you can be rich and be generous at the same time. if god gave you blessings of being rich, he's giving you an opportunity to be generous and to share your blessings with other. now if you ask me why is some people are blessed and some are not then think about this, if there's no suffering, there will be no compassion.
@TadCornell8 жыл бұрын
lush_empress I certainly don't think being rich makes you evil, but you can't say it's an unfair point then talk spiritually at me. I have directly quoted the Bible there. It's either true or you don't believe in the Bible.
@lushVee8 жыл бұрын
Thaddeus Cornell i believe in the bible but i dont believe that you have to take it literally, the bible says "it is easier to get a camel through the eye of the needle than for a rich man to get to heaven", it never says it is impossibe, it says its hard, It means there is still a chance no matter how small it is. I Read the quote again and again and i realize that it never says that no rich man can go to heaven, it says its hard to get into heaven, a hard process, a hard journey but not impossible.

Hey, they forgot Hickory Estate -- a place to save money. The property boarders the Detroit municipal dump. A pothole laden road leading to the broken down gate, sets the bleak atmosphere of rack & ruin. Layers of graffiti, on the cracked concrete walls with boarded up windows, gives the ramshackle hovel a feeling of doom. Inside the moldy dark house many rooms are in bad shape, but a small depressing bedroom, musty kitchen & a leaky bathroom in the basement are still usable. Junkies, living next door, throw their used needles and crack pipes into the trash filled back yard. Wondering homeless drug addicts trespass and bother you for money. The crime rate is high but the cost is fabulously affordable here at Hickory Estates.

Hi Durkie52, Your caps are on. Are you yelling bc you dislike what I say???...I was repeating the idea about it is harder for a camel to go through the eye of a needle , versus a rich man entering into heaven. Rich people are prideful and trust in their riches. Pride comes b4 the fall and God says all things are possible with him when it comes to a rich person going into heaven. It was a metaphor of the impossibility of a rich person entering God's kingdom and the power of God to make this possible of permitting such exceptions. Take it up with God :-)

Typical french chateau???? Only in your dreams. This looks like any huge mansion. Nowhere in Europe a chateau looks like that....and none of the furniture are genuine (bad copies of bad copies)....The pseudo mish-mash of renaissance and whatsoever interior decoration is beyond bearable. .... I don't think you have visited any chateaux in France! I have visited more than 50 of them, & this architecture is absolutely nothing like the magnificent chateaux in France, nor anything like the incredibly beautiful villas in Italy. The interior may have somewhat similar ideas to those in some of the chateaux, but not many.The architects are just catering to those nouveau riche who have never been to France & are gullible enough to think they are purchasing a replica of a French chateau.
