The price is a surprise to me, less than 19 million Over 14k Sq Feet and on 20 acres, for the L.A region it's practically a steal. I do see details that should've been done better in the house.

Finishes here and there, easy fix though. The location is not bad at all, less than 30 mins from Malibu, you're in Santa Monica in like an hour and downtown L.A in +/-5 mins more. If you head west you're in Santa Barbra in under an hour as well. Other smaller towns are even closer in under half an hour.

You are looking at around a minimum of $500,000 to $1,000,000 and is the main reason why it struggles to find a buyer. Essentially it is a massive money burned and people know this so they don't want to buy it as it has struggled to increase in value at all.

This particular property has a problem with a style. It was built for a playboy star or russian mafia. Glossy and gold instead of style. However, KZbin is full of lots which are huge American houses built with applying a mind. They look like YOUR PIECE OF WORLD. This must be so. For those money. It will only cost me no more than $50k...get off the grid having SOLAR panels like some of the neighbors, who needs security, who needs house cleaning service, are people that lazy and living sloppy lives to get the home dirty all the time, annual taxes and HOAs..and pool maintenance would be my concerns while the rest is a easy fix when you have a few good family members who would swing by to keep your place up for FREE...😎😎👍So property tax I check is$118k plus monthly HOAs $1,836 total no more than $141k yearly..
