The price is a surprise to me, less than 19 million Over 14k Sq Feet and on 20 acres, for the L.A region it's practically a steal. I do see details that should've been done better in the house.

Finishes here and there, easy fix though. The location is not bad at all, less than 30 mins from Malibu, you're in Santa Monica in like an hour and downtown L.A in +/-5 mins more. If you head west you're in Santa Barbra in under an hour as well. Other smaller towns are even closer in under half an hour.

do not expect too much from school, it will give you a fucking paper that can pay you 80-90k year but nothing more than that. The school is just a network. What a beautiful design for a home. I wonder if it’s on a HOA community?… I really love the swimming pool. I would love to go swimming in that pool. Plus the kitchen I can see private chef’s working in there creating tasty dishes.
