Lucy was almost 10 minutes faster than Daniela in the swim and 10 minutes slower in the bike. Run difference was about 7 minutes. Overall difference of 10 minutes after crossing the finish line. It can be done.

She had said she prefers to be on the trainer more than peddling the streets. I myself rather pedal the streets than the trainer because the trainer you don't get no balance once you hit a certain gear that's it and you only work pacific muscles. In the street you can click those gears work those pedals balance yourself from Gravity decline uphill downhill you get the curvature of the road and yeah there's cars but what's an extra 15 minutes to deal with traffic
