We do not know both Charlie and Lucy were rescued and stayed with at our home. Charlie was with us for 5 years and Lucy for 4. When my Brother was born, he had horrible allergies, his doctor said that we have to give up all pets because my Brother had allergies. We contacted our agency and they re-homed Charlie and Lucy to a very nice family with a lot other beagles. It broke our hearts to give them up, however we know that they are happy and at good home.

I remember when my staffie puppy finally got big enough to handle stairs. It was awesome. He was so tiny and scared, and was so proud of himself. A week, later he was running up and down like he'd been doing it all his life 😀

I hate those stairs with holes in them. Maybe from the time my schoolmates and I tried to take a shortcut out of a play we went to see in school, and ended up on the roof of the National Arts Centre in Ottawa with the door locked behind us. We had to go down some VERY widely spaced concrete steps to reach the ground. Thank goodness we had gone on city transit, so it wasn't a matter of missing a school bus. But since then, they make me nervous.

Our animals don't know english. They learn by watching others first. She how Lucy watch the adult dog alot then followed. Always have patience in learning and a happy tone. Lucy is beautiful.
