*_I am so glad you are Lucy Thomas Super FAN..._* Instead of celebrating New Years you are playing Lucy Thomas... Ditto for me too. Every time I hear her, I hear something new and different, even if I have heard same song 10 times. There is so much to digest I have to take small bites. Haven't heard this song for a while... part of the Musical called Rosie. Lucy was 14 or 15 when she recorded this. *_Thanks for the review..._*

Steven: Seemed appropriate. End the year with Dimash Kudaibergen and start the year with Lucy Thomas.

By the way , Rosie is based on the life of Rosie Boote a poor Irish girl marriyng a powerful English Lord against the English nobility and the King himself will. She passed away in 1957 after witnessing 3 king/queen coronation .

You did not hear this song as it is an original song from Rosie ( musical written and composed by Kris Broom) Lucy will be Rosie in the musical. This song got an award of songwriting in the UK. The musical was postponed because of the COVID. I heard that Première should be beginning of 2024. Thanks to continue to support Lucy by your reactions🥰👍 Have an happy and healthy new year🥳🎉🍾

I find it "interesting" that many of these "reactors" play a song, like SUDDENLY and know NOTHING about it or the fact this was a dress rehearsal for a play. NO research done just play the song and make comments about knowing NOTHING about the song !!! I have to admire the Reactor BEAR as he does the research and gives some history on the singer and the history of the song and really makes sense and I have learned a lot about the history of songs and singers. He is a top reactor and he reacts to a lot of Luc and Lucy/Martha.

A last comment, about her pronunciation. From " colors of the wind" to her latest videos, her pronunciation is so clear you can use it to learn English ❤️👍🥰

Layman, i do not comment to all your videos because if I do not have something nice to say , i prefer not to comment. But with Lucy , I have always something nice to write. Here some information about Rosie , Lucy's role. Rosie , the musical, is based on the life of Rosie Boote, a young Irish girl moving to London and becoming a successful gaiety girl. Geoffrey Taylor, Marquess of headfort get profundly in love with her . He will marry her, even become catholic for her, and thus against all the English nobility and the King will. She passed away in 1957 after being witness at 3 king/ Queen coronation. She must have been something! Lucy is also a strong woman

Anthony: I appreciate that first sentence. Brings to mind: "If you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all." From a little rabbit named Thumper. Alice Roosevelt Longworth said something along the same lines. A caution against gossip and meanness for its own sake. Not that constructive criticism doesn't have a place. It does. Thanks for the info on Lucy.

Yeah make a truthful comment about someone and you will get someone jumping on you !! ! Seems a lot of people cannot handle the truth and want to see the world through rose colored glasses. All they want to hear is something good !!

Layman........I think you missed the point of this song and what it is !!! This song in an ORIGINAL song written by Chris Broom for the Musical ROSIE he and Lucy are co producing for a West London opening, but it got postponed because of the covid lock down for over 2 years !!! This PERFORMANCE, was a dress rehearsal for the play and the song is an original, never sung , hear before, And yes Lucy performs her sons rather than just sings them. The song is about a young girl growing up and SUDDENLY has to face life and its challenges !! ! I hope this helps you understand what is going on here !!!
