@@zigrakudo4092 You can sometimes find her wandering around 6th street or lumina square. Talking to her or listening in on her conversations pretty much confirms that Lucy is indeed a rebel. She hates the uptight pompous family of hers, especially her father that forces her to play the piano (which she's actually talented at). Another thing is that her gang, despite being delinquents, are actually good people and treats Lucy very well.

With Ellen specifically you'd never want to replace soukaku for Lucy. In other teams though Lucy is good. Most people should build both, as they can slot in to both teams for the end game.

Personally, the biggest importance with Lucy vs Soukaku, is that Soukaku's chain attack is slower compared to Lucy. You have to wait for Soukaku to finish her attack before you can quick switch.

​@@lingeprune2373 lucy either, with one condition tho, and it's not about energy or EX special attack. She just need to hit her ESA/SA to trigger QA. The EX is the condition to trigger her buff If you're ending your chain attack with her, you can skip the EX's buff/QA trigger (need to hit the enemy to trigger both) by pressing SA button soon after her chain attack animation. During that short period, the QA will be available (you will miss it if you're late). So, when Lucy is doing a homerun animation you can just switch to your dps character and by the time your dps hit the enemy, Lucy's bull also hit it and activated the buff.

Lucy's fits her role as a Support Fire Anomaly with her minions. Soukaku on the other hand does amazingly well with aoe dps with her fan ice range to shoot ice attack and apply anomaly to freeze and shatter

Its important to remember that at M0, Soukoku is probably the better option since She does give 1000 ATK to the next character and is good at hitting mutiple targets with the Fan. Lucy seems to be single target well Soukoku is mutiple

If you compare both units at late game with m6 (+BiS weapons), soukaku outperforms lucy only on ice teams. On every other team, lucy is a better unit. Lucy can run the weeping engine and grant a decent uptime pure dmg amp to the entire team. (m0 lucy cant use weeping because it doesnt proc on the summon atks, I dont know if that is a bug or not, but it feels like a bug). Weeping is such a big teamwide buff weapon but only certain units can effectively proc it. Lucy at m6 should be able to proc it, which increases her potential by a lot.

Ah, you forget, frostbite gives additional crit dmg as its debuff towards enemies. And at max soukaku can give the next quick assist/chain attack up to 1,000 base atk. On the other hand, the Fire Disc adds 28% crit chance (for free) if the enemy is burned. Which procing burn is really easy with Lucy.

I’d also like to note that Lucy’s linking mechanic *or whatever tf it’s meant to be called* isn’t that great. It just makes it so her boar buddies inherit her CR and CD it doesn’t really help her as a buffer. This means that Lucy is SUPER flexible, since as long as there is a faction or element overlap with your first two units Lucy can contribute that buff to the team without much detriment.

I have c1 Ellen. So, of course I will use Soukaku. But in the future, I will 100% get both fire girls, hopefully at 300 standard pulls, and I really like both Kolade and Soldier. So, I will use Lucy inthe future as a fire team driver. But both girls have a high chance to become more op when more guys form their factions will come. I honestly wanna see Lucy's team more, even though that fox Vergilius girl is also incredibly dope.

Well the best thing for lucy IMO are her On field time and Quick switch (Or cancel switch) faster than Sou, Sou need to be active On field which not how a Buffer should be, Lucy can have bigger impact with low On field Time, Another problem with Sou is her team, RN The only playable team 6 are her with the other like Miyabi still doesn't have Confirmed release date, and Ice RN are all S beside her, Lucy you can use Piper + Any Phy or Fire, like S11, Corin or Billy

Bruh stacking ice pen increases dmg exponentially. What u mean more ice pen is less valuable? There's an exponential formula to penetration calculation for dmg increase. Look it up.
