i gta give credit where credit is due...i was wrong about my skepticism and happy to admit that...i wanted this show to be good and glad that it was...theyve balanced it well and didnt make it woke like people thought...its more that 90s woke which is acceptable very similar to starship troopers woke and 90s star trek woke the actress who played lucy did a good job...my only complaints is its only 8 episodes so a lot of the story had to be rushed and it would be nice to see lucy in more situations to grow from a naive vault dweller into a ripley from aliens...think of it like this...lucy is a level 1 character...maximus is a level 30 character and the ghoul is level 80 character... fyi season 2 has been announced so theyre going with it

At first many people think that The Ghoul is savage and heartless, they think that he change but in fact he didn't change at all and Everything he did have the reason 1.The first time he met lucy, he know she couldn't survive for long so he bring her with him 2.There is the scene that lucy looking at him like puppy begging for some of water and he drank it all and even pour it on the floor because that water is dirty and polluted with radiation, the only one who can drink that is gonna be ghoul which have radiation resistent 3.He cut her finger to show the consequence of her action and make her understand that the world doesn't taint with one color 4.He bring her to supermarket which try to harvest her organ because he know that the inside have plenty of everything food, ammo, medicine if she could survive that she would be fine after that while he is dying outside from turning into mindless ghoul
