Hi Lucy. I just wanted to say that during lockdown I discovered your channel. At that time I just enjoyed watching but at the beginning of the year I made a goal to do a half ironman. This weekend I completed my first triathlon (1km swim. 60km cycle. 14km run) and I am just so greatful for all the videos, definitely got me through some long indoor cycles.

Good vid, thats a mega time!. I did it last year. Road was closed but managed to climb over barrier and ride through (really wanted to do the climb) ended up doing the segment in 43:54
