Okay so I have been listening to this for three weeks along with the Lucy's facelift subliminal, well today I was expecting a delivery at home and when I greeted the delivery man he asked if he could see some ID, I explained I didn't have any to hand and he frowned and asked if he could speak to adult in the house...I'm 36 :O it was lucky that my partner was home to take my package, the delivery man then scolded my partner saying he shouldn't let his 15 year old take in packages. @Viktor Yes, I do. Usually once or twice per day, almost every day. Nothing new to report. I already look younger than my age. I always did. And here where I live I don't socialize much, so I don't know what age people believe I have. Anyway, all I can say is that despite my insomnia and my troubled sleep, I don't really look fatigued. Usually when you don't sleep enough you get wrinkles or the ones you have get deeper and tend to become permanent. Now I realise that this is not exactly what I see happening in my case. I have only the wrinkles that I used to have during my teenage years (forehead). The rest tends to disappear. Thanks for asking! You've made me think. I combine this with the job sub. And I have received an offer of job in the beauty products industry, among other things. I now have to learn (actually refresh) my French. Subs DO work. My personal tips for the super stubborn brain: 1. Try not to have too many goals at the same time, because you have to listen to the subs longer than recommended. 2. Try to listen as much as you can and if you listen at night, make sure you also listen during the daytime. Try to use headphones as much as possible. 3. Use an effective booster between different goals. Like this: booster, weight loss sub, weight loss sub, booster, eye sub, eye sub, booster. 4. Find a couple of sub-makers that work for YOU. Many sub-makers use different formula's. Try to stick as much to the subs of these sub-makers. Always make sure they are safe! If I start seeing minimal results in about six weeks, the sub is working for me. 5. Make sure you choose subs that you can listen to for a long time. I always try to find the rain version, because you can play this overnight, with other music and even when you are watching tv! This will add so much sub time to your day! 6. Very important: make sure you are ready to listen to a sub for at least six months and think about if it is worth it. Also realize that your results will be slow and that you can be stuck with in-between results. For example, after 5 months of listening I have light brown eyes, I will reach full hazel in a year I think. I listen to green eye subs for about 2 to 4 hours a day!! 7. Try to combine subs that compliment each other. For example: I use a Happiness and Motivation sub combined with a Radiant and Youthful Energy + look 18 sub, which both have affirmations about confidence and energy. 8. In my experience it is easier to change your thinking and behaviour than your body (although it IS possible). For example, it can be easier to use a sub for weight loss that makes me think more about portion size than a sub that changes your metabolism to that of a supermodel. Think about it before you start your subs. Hope this can help somebody :) Good luck with getting amazing results!!!

Good tips, although I have to point out that the part about one thing being easier than another re portion sizes - that in itself is a belief and is not necessarily true. I used hypnosis to lose weight some years ago and it focused on visualising and feeling your body how you wanted it to be. It worked and I didn’t change my behaviour, not that I know of.

Ive had endometriosis stage 4 and had my uterus and one ovary removed and I also survived an aneurysm 3 yrs ago. So I had it clipped. But looking forward in looking younger. I can only say people look at me in a really nice way they reallly see me with love tender and happyness their faces can't lie. As Lucy told another listener, this version contains even more statemets than the first one(the music version). Lucy's subs are always more detailed than in the description box. For example, when she translated into spanish the details of the almond - shaped eyes subliminal, she mentioned, among the benefits, long eyelashes and perfect eyebrows. These affirmations are not listed in that sub description box
