Regarding the 'timing errors' in the CPS evidence and Sir David Davis's involvement: Sir 'David Davis, has written to Sarah Hammond, the chief crown prosecutor of Mersey-Cheshire CPS, asking her to “urgently make clear” what timing errors were made during the first trial and how they relate to the prosecution arguments.' Thank goodness there are people with integrity who willing to stand up for the truth and a fair trail. I am shocked by the many mistakes and misleading information in this trial. And it is sad that based on a complete absence of forensic or concrete proof a young nurse has endured years of torment and faces a life in prison. The media were also appalling encouraging a pitch fork mob mentality, which if they had undertaken any investigative journalism they would have known was unfair.

Thank you Mark for this update. I am glad David Davis is getting involved amongst others. Again I must stress the parents have the right to be told the truth. I truly believe this nurse was used as a scapegoat by the doctors and the management of the hospital. I say Medical Mafia. I try to put my personal feelings aside but I like many struggle with the sheer rage I feel at the injustice of what has happened to Lucy and these parents. I hope the formal inquiry will made sensible and effective recommendations. Those affected must be devastated with the outcome. Why can't we sort out Lucy's situation quickly, after all the judiciary managed to imprison people involved in the social unrest and rioting that recently occurred? Thank you Mark for everything you are doing to shine the light on this dreadful issue. Also look after yourself because this must be so draining emotionally. Try to do something uplifting for yourself over the weekend. Take care and very best wishes.🌞🌞

She also names a fellow nurse who she blames for one attack.

If you want everyone to start questioning their role in this fiasco, you need to get them to understand that the doctors are the ones responsible for deforming reality, and the doctor's deformed reality is the only reason they concluded that she was guilty, or convinced themselves that she did kill the babies. People will find it much easier to accept that the doctors lead them down the garden path, by deforming reality, than they were too stupid and have come to the wrong conclusion. They all concluded correctly, that she was guilty, because the reality presented to them showed that she was guilty. You cannot convict someone to life in prison, based only on the illusion of a few doctors.

Re skin changes, quite right. All it shows is the babies skin reflected being critically unwell . There is no reason whatsoever to jump to a conclusion of air embolism. I’m not sure it really makes a meaningful difference whether air or oxygen. The point is with venous air embolism a volume of air travels from the peripheral vein into the heart causes an air lock in the right ventricle of pulmonary arteries. With ventilator gas embolism air from the ventilator goes into the pulmonary capillaries back into the left heart and out into the peripheral circulation. They are entirely different phenomenon. The skin changes from Ventilator gas embolism imagine are the air bubbles getting into the skin circulation. The skin changes from venous air embolism are just of circulatory collapse when the heart fails to eject blood because of the air lock. anyone will appear mottled with skin changes under such a situation The door data is clearly just a fit up. Does not seek credible that it was well meaning incompetence

I'm a type one Diabetic of over 40 years and found everything that's been basically false information when talking about insulin being given to these babies makes No sence , so I have been doing some more research on it . For premature babies, monitoring blood glucose levels is crucial due to their higher risk of hypoglycaemia. The frequency of glucose checks can vary based on the baby’s condition and hospital protocols, but generally, it includes: 1. Initial Check: Within the first hour of life. 2. Subsequent Checks: At 3, 6, 12, and 24 hours of life. 3. Ongoing Monitoring: Every few hours, especially before feedings, during the first 48 to 72 hours23. If the baby shows symptoms of hypoglycaemia or if their glucose levels remain low, more frequent monitoring and interventions may be necessary. It’s always best to follow the specific guidelines provided by healthcare professionals in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Do you have any other questions or need more information on this topic? Learn more Would the baby monitor of a premature baby alarm if their blood glucose levels suddenly dropped? Copilot Sent by Copilot: Yes, many neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) use advanced monitoring systems for premature babies that can alert healthcare staff if there are sudden changes in vital signs, including blood glucose levels. These monitors typically track various parameters such as heart rate, oxygen levels, and sometimes blood glucose levels. If a baby’s blood glucose levels drop suddenly, the monitor can trigger an alarm to notify medical staff to take immediate action. This helps ensure that any issues are addressed promptly to prevent complications. If they was any concerns with babies being given insulin either on purpose or by mistake , were was the prove/evidence like recordings of this happening? They couldn’t produce any because it was a complete lie.

So what explains the fact LL was one of 38 staff members where the likelihood of an incident occuring increased by 600% when she was on shift compared to when she wasn't? I could understand it being a mere coincidence had she been working a maximum of about 3 or 4 weeks, but this was over the course of at least a year. I just cant think of any other explanation other than LL having some involvement in those incidents? Before you ask, ive factored in the 9 additional cases outside the chart of 25, and assumed LL worked on average 50 hours per week with no holidays in my calculation.
