@LucyJaneWood Well like you said, it's a little easier to find pieces of time for an audiobook than to get into the head space of sitting and reading. Especially in my case with 4 kids keeping me moving all the time.

I absolutely loved this vlog!! I am so excited to listen to Rewitched! I almost exclusively listen to audiobooks so this was so great to see a behind the scenes look at the process! I loved this. I am so impressed with the voice actor and the producer and all they have to do to record these books. So glad you were able to film the process. I am thrilled she is going to be doing all the voices as well! Jim Dale doing all the voices in the Harry Potter books really spoiled me. Lol! I have such a hard time listening to books that aren't recorded that way. Congratulations again Lucy! I cannot wait to listen to your wonderful book. Oh!! I love that you are doing an audiobook! I listen to them more than physical books, as I can do part of my job and listen at the same time. Love Evie's voice! Having a good reader really is important, as I have not enjoyed some books due to the reader's voice (but that also may be personal preference). I sometimes wonder if the author gets to choose the reader. The whole process is so much more interesting than I thought! Thanks for sharing. ❤

I might switch my preorder from the physical book to the audiobook. I don't really read physical books anymore because reading puts me to sleep these days (sadly).. but I do listen to audiobooks ALL the time. I only preordered the physical book because I wanted to support you, but now I can do it via Audible instead! Edit: never mind. Audible US is forcing us to do a free-trial in order to pre-order. It won't let me just pre-order the book. I don't want to renew my membership to Audible. I don't care much for their practices. I get my audio books for free from my local library. I'll keep my pre-order for the physical book. So excited for you!!!
