The only other character I can think of that is the most delusional in manga is Nakoshi from Homunculus, another one of my favorite manga besides Fire Punch

The best take on this manga Fr, I don’t know if it’s because I read this one first or some thing, but I still believe to this day that fire punch is superior to chainsaw, man I don’t care what anyone says

I read all 8 volumes of fire punch and own them physically, but I will stand by the second half, (5-8) aren't as good as 1-4. I think the incest was weird and unnecessary but everyone hates me for that take.
@Ludee277 ай бұрын
There is no incest in Fire Punch- probably why people don't agree with your take for the future

Idk what happened to fujimoto after chainsaw man part 1. The part 2 is just so meh.

It has some positives but since the falling devil arc started I have been pretty disappointed

@@Ludee27I absolutely love part 2 and I have no reasons I can articulate why just that I love it a lot. If I’m just spouting nonsense, then I’d have to say it would just be the entire character of Asa. Never before have I - like not even related - but just identified with a fictional character so much. With that chase sequence when they’re on the chainsaw motorcycle, I FELT it. Like the noises, the feelings, the motion, I felt it. Idk how to describe it and it’s probably really random cause to a lot of other people that scene might pale in comparison with the rest of chainsaw man, especially Part 1 and I really have no fucking clue why Part 2 is doing this to me but everything from the date sequence, to especially falling devil’s appearance and beyond I’ve experienced in that “zen” moment that I first felt in Part 1 with Aki’s death, Makima’s betrayal and Power’s death. Actually I think I’ve got the answer now. I started reading Chainsaw Man a few weeks ago so already Part 1 and the Falling Devil arc of Part 2 had concluded. And I binged that shit in one day because I really couldn’t put it down. What I experienced in Part 2 was I think a result of the high I felt from Part 1. I really think that feeling is kind of missed when reading from a bi-weekly schedule for chapters. Idk that’s just my hypothesis. I don’t expect anyone to read this I just wanna like blurt out all my thoughts and post it into a void and any wandering traveller can stumble upon my comment of unorganised messy stream of consciousness and do with it what they will
