Hey Ayla 6th of November today .. I saw Paul Rodgers .. one of my fave ' male singers of all time .. & he has become a Canadian & lives with Family in Canada .. When I was about 10 years old my Dad had a chance to move with his Job & we were almost on our way to Canada Near Vancouver .. Back then I was totally all about the wildlife & I really wanted to go . Plus once when I was in Paris Hitchhiking & had escaped Police from the motorway I was rescued by some Quebecquois ? Huge big guys & some girls who smuggled me into the Canadian Youth Hostel .. saved my life & were so nice to me .. I was a bit worried at 1st .. when the girls took my travelling bag away & the guys got me stoned & we drank wine .. But they returned with the smallest Canadian Sweatshirt they could find & they washed & dried all my clothes In the morning I was smuggled into the Dining room & fed My bag packed with breads & cheese & fruit then they smuggled me out of the Hostel & left me at the Metro station with some Tickets & some Franc's so when I say I have a real love for Canadians I really mean it .. I loved your gtr sound gr8 fat wah tone .. & I especially love that you are so cool you don't have to look at the gtr all the time .. I used to practice blindfolded & do all the Hendrix SRV tricks behind the head & back etc .. As a swimming teacher I had Blue tinted speedo Goggles which I put silver foil inside & I used to answer the door to people like that lol .. But in those early days I used to sleep with my gtr on the bed or right by my hand .. I just thought it was a bit uncool to have to keep looking at the gtr to see where the frets were .. Lol Damn I wish I'd never traded that gtr away it was really special Anyway if you read this Peace & love I was there in the 70's 1st time round when all the girls wore flare & cheese cloth top s tie died T shirts etc .. My 1st love came from Minnesota & her sister lived in Vancouver working in a recording studio .. .. Anyway Stay safe stay strong & Be cool . Bye we are in Lockdown here so Music helps me thru .
