Same here. Another thing I noticed when moving forward on 22 and 34 mph it fly about 20 ft and it stops and hover and I have to hit the joystick again to move forward. We definitely need this update.

I'm waiting for my EVO drone ordered from Drone-Works. I would like to know the voltage admitted on the EVO battery charger? I think it's written on the charger? In France we have 230 volts and Drone-Works does not know how to inform me. Thanks.

Since I fly mainly to get cinematic video, 'ludicrous' mode doesn't seem like an option I would use much, if at all (I have FPV racing drones to fly if I want to go fast). I'm more interested in upgrades which will give the Evo the best camera performance (a better auto-focus would be nice). Cheers.

Hi Bill, some new features are coming to help achieve that cinematic shot easier! Keep an eye out soon. As for Autofocus. EVO is a fixed focus which means there is no autofocus. You can adjust the sharpness in the Explorer App under the style settings. Feel free to reach out to our support team at [e-mail] if additional help is needed.

I heard rumors of the Mavic 2 and zoom falling out of the sky cause the battery gets loose. Saving the 250 bucks and not being locked out of where I can fly is the main reason why I'm going to buy this drone over the DJI. I also know the DJI is water proof in fresh water cause I wreaked my old drone and others have too. Little time in rice and it's back up and running. I wonder if your drone would take the beating like the DJI? I also noted that it's not that grate in the wind either. With all that said you have me at 60fps @4k-, controller with Oled, Freedom to fly. I won't say anything about signal cause us drone heads are spoiled on good signal now for a long while now. It should be standard. Since this drone has a grate connection then what we all are really waiting for is VR! We know your VR will be on pair with DJI but cheaper too. Can't wait for that. Only thing this drone would need next is kickass zoom. More sensors and just maybe a 360 camera version. Autel Robotics seems like they are about the customer and don't wanna milk us for every penny. Kinda like you're the PC of drones VS DJI is the Mac of drones. I rather have freedom and you better not change that either. Since you are more like PC make a battery that's longer, give us a true 30 min flight time. With that said you also might wanna help us out with booster amps to go farther and boost signal just to be stronger. Things that the Phantom flyer's loved to do is too mod their drones. Think about that for a moment. Next drone you make. Let us keep that model and just improve on that model over time. DJI keeps playing games and wants us to buy all of their drones and make a market for this and that. Why? One in all drone that you can switch the camera to the new model that zooms better that you may come up with next year. One can be a thermal cam or IR cam with night flights low to the ground and with VR that would be cool. A bright ass light kit that goes on the bottom so one drone can be a source of light for a cool night shot of a another drone. Hell, laser spot light that could be used for police and use finding our lost dog would be useful. If you want to out do DJI then be a PC not a Mac... Richard.

Do I have to be in ludicrous mode to fly it 34 mph? I set it at the 34 mph setting and it won’t fly faster than 22mph.

Hi Bill, With obstacle avoidance enabled the EVO will max at 22mph as this is the top speed with this feature enabled.

Have to agree with most of these comments. Ludicrous mode is nice to get me from point A to point B, but once I'm there, the smooth cinematic footage is tough to get due to poor yaw rate and jitter. Still prefer the Evo to my other drones ( Mavic air, Mavic pro, anafi....) at the moment.
