Killer playing. That snare is tuned perfectly ... I had one of these back in the day but lost it in a strange confluence of gear left in a rehearsal venue back in the 90's .. but I never achieved that sort of crack from mine that i recall. The bass drum is impressive (as expected) and your ability to play it without any porting is equally noteworthy ... big kicks have the tendency of beater chatter and slapback with every stroke if you dont play clean. The star of the show equipment-wise however is that ride cymbal ... which just kills. Is that the 26" AGOP Istanbul shown in another video, or an entirely different cymbal?

What is dual tension snare?
@m4drums4 жыл бұрын
@@jeromeduffy9270 in the video he is using two amazing tunings - tight, high tension tuning and lower, sort of in the middle like, regular tuning, i.e. less tight. first he tuned it and then took a take and then tuned it the other way, to played with a totall different snare sound. Also, depends how he hits that bass drum - obviously less sustain 2 almost none if you leave the beater on the skin. As for playing - absolutly amaizing MUSICIAN, playing music on the drum set. I jast heard a couple of videos and immediately subscribed, and hit that Bell in order to get everything what he does - this is my favorite approach of what he's doing! Sorry for too much words - my English is not perfect :)
