This matchup isn’t as impossible for Mario as it looks. Even though cloud has the range advantage Mario has ways to open up an opportunity to get in especially with his frame data and rising aerial advantage. Plus he’s small and relatively fast in the air compared to like ness. I consider this maybe 55/45 cloud not 60/40

Main reason kurama is better than wizzy rn is because you need a punish game to survive in this meta full of DLC and cheese. Wizzy is super neutral focused and likes to slow things down. Kurama gets like 60 percent per opening and he's actively trying to create openings in neutral instead of waiting for the perfect moment. Kurama imposes his characters strengths in neutral by being more aggressive which is what sets him apart. Wizzy needs to up the tempo a little bit. This ain't 2019 ultimate anymore
