Oh shit, I actually guessed Chile. The trees on the far side are eucalyptus trees, which though native to Australia were brought to Chile as a way of getting flexible yet strong wood for mine shaft supports and sleepers. Chile has a rich wine culture, which would explain the extensive vineyard. Based on the mountains and hills around, this is a valley area, which I think is in the northern-central area. Helps that I'm from Chile, I guess.

You can find a lot of Universities with coverage, railways (on top of flatcars), private properties, quarries, mines, construction sites etc. Bangladesh and other places in the area have regular coverage. If you want to recognize languages in the area without actually learning in depth you can use this logic, tho it's very basic and doesn't account for minority languages etc. if writing has a horizontal line on top it's most likely India or Bangladesh (Look - Hindi and Bengali script, here you can decide based on whether coverage feels like official Street View or a private coverage of something like a road inside University grounds). If writing has a lot of round shapes it's most likely Sri Lanka (Look - Sinhala script but also be careful since you can often find Tamil script which is different), if writing feels very vertical (what i mean is that every letter has a lot of vertical lines in it, almost as if it's all "n" or "m" then it's either Thailand or Cambodia. (Look - Khmer and Thai script)
