As long as we're on the topic, the other unique Cyrillic letters I'm aware of are Ѓ, Ќ, and S for Macedonian (there are a couple of others, but I find them more difficult to visually distinguish on signage). Macedonian shares the letters J, НЬ, and Љ with Cyrillic Serbian, which also contains the unique letters Ђ and Ћ. Mongolian Cyrillic contains the unusual Russian letters Ë and Ы, but also has the unique Mongolian character Ө. That's all I know of Cyrillic alphabets, hopefully it's helpful to someone!
