@@Scxttxrbrxxn It's also the point of any game/sport ever created: create tension and the closest the participants are, the higher is the tension and the "randomness" to have one win all. Look at basketball, in very tight games it all come to free-throws, to football, penalties where when everyone kicked, the goalie need to kick himself, to League of Legends, where you destroy towers and nexus increasingly fast, and they add a "game ending" dragon to give a last advantage to the team, sometimes everything is relying on a 5hp missed smite. You can look at a lot of very popular games/sports and you will see this tension building process in tied matchups. It's true that it can be a little random, but also, you have to acknowledge the fact that the guy winning after 7 rounds need to be able to hold that long whitout losing, and then nail a very good round while the opponent miss. So not that random in the end, just attrition war.

@@Scxttxrbrxxn Draw doesn't existe in video games, like in sports playoffs or cup system. When two teams are very very close, all sports have a way to determine the winner which is not always the best way to know who is the better team. For some time, there was the golden goal in extra time, and for me penalties are as random as you can get. You can be a very strong team but if ONE of your guys miss a penalty, you lose the entire world cup... But you need a winner at some point.

There are a lot of things in geoguessr you can pay attention to. You can often see players look down directly to see if and what car took the picture. Certain areas have very distinguishable cars. Some countries have certain people follow the camera (e.g. a policeman to ensure that the camera isnt doing anything illegal). Another thing are streets and their line patterns, same for electricity poles, fences etc. as these things really differ by country or can at least give a very good estimate on where you are. Sun also plays a role as it can tell you if you are in the northern or souther hemisphere. Otherwise it's also stuff like vegetation and weather, like what trees are there, how green is it, does it appear wet or dry and so on. General architecture as well as different alphabets can also help a lot
