Literally same thing happened to me in Vegas. Was personally out $6,000 because I assumed the sign was included with the champagne I ordered. The multiple receipt thing is also so true. It’s the price one pays to learn not to be naive, I guess

I’m sure it is, as you say, so they can point to evidence if someone disputes the charge and say “he reproduced the same bill on multiple occasions”
