Sayin "U fat as hell girl, get out of here!" is a way to be honest and rude. "you are fat and i don't find that attractive" is a way of being just honest, even though some people would argue it is still rude. "i don't find you attractive" is another way of being honest in a much more mild way, she knows it is because she's fat, perhaps you would prefer to see him call her fat and say that's why he don't find her attractive, but he was honest either way
